A former executive at Salesforce and Twilio, Collins brings decades of experience in scaling innovation across regulated industries and has quietly served in a senior leadership role at Mobeus over the past six months.
This move reflects the company’s accelerated growth, as teles move from innovation to impact across industries like healthcare, telecom, retail, and financial services.

At Mobeus, she’s driving the next shift, operationalizing virtual labor as a strategic asset.
