WACO, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Meta and IngenioSpec (of Waco, Texas and San Jose, CA) have reached a mutually agreeable settlement resolving the investigation pending before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), Investigation No. 337-TA-1423. The ITC proceedings concerned electronic eyewear products and IngenioSpec’s patents. The terms of the agreement are confidential.
