Together, they bring decades of experience in marketing leadership, revenue acceleration, and go-to-market execution to support Measured’s rapid expansion and mission of helping enterprise brands prove and optimize media effectiveness.
Finnell previously served as Vice President of Global Demand Generation for Iterable, where he helped advance the company’s demand generation and growth strategy. He steps into the role of Senior Vice President after leadership positions at Iterable, Pyramid Analytics, and Reltio. Over the course of his career, he has built and scaled world-class marketing organizations, driving measurable growth through innovative demand generation and brand strategies.
Dubickas joins Measured with deep category expertise and more than two decades of experience leading commercial strategy and enterprise growth across Ad Tech, SaaS, and media businesses. Most recently, he was a Partner at Aperiam, where he advised and accelerated growth for media and technology firms. Previously, he held leadership roles at Lux Research, Ordergroove, Nielsen, and Visual IQ, where he specialized in connecting go-to-market execution with enterprise growth objectives, architecting new revenue streams, and driving international expansion.
