SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Edtech startup DABIDA announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Brazil-based company MKR for its AI-powered learning solution, GeniTeacher. The agreement positions MKR to roll out GeniTeacher across Brazil as part of DABIDA’s broader push to expand internationally.
GeniTeacher is DABIDA’s flagship platform that digitizes students’ handwritten notes in real time and uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized feedback, hints, and study recommendations. Designed to support self-directed learning, the solution works with the company’s Genipen smart pen, as well as tablets (Windows, Android, iOS) and styluses. Even without digital devices, learners can write with pen and paper, capture their work via smartphone, and upload it to the platform. By combining traditional handwriting with digital technology, GeniTeacher delivers customized learning experiences and immediate problem-solving support. The solution supports all languages, including Portuguese and Arabic, and can be applied across all grades and subjects. Teachers also gain tools to monitor student performance and deliver targeted instruction.
Through the agreement, MKR will introduce GeniTeacher nationwide in Brazil, deploying it across public schools, private institutions, and corporate training programs. MKR is recognized for its broad expertise in education, technology, and consulting, with a network that spans K–12 schools, vocational training centers, and corporate learning. By integrating GeniTeacher into this network, MKR aims to accelerate digital transformation and innovation in Brazilian education.
“Brazil is a market with immense potential given its population size and educational demand,” said Eunseung Lee, CEO of DABIDA. “This partnership marks a crucial step in accelerating GeniTeacher’s global expansion. Starting in Brazil, we intend to deliver hybrid education solutions across Latin America and contribute to closing global education gaps.”
DABIDA is expanding rapidly after its official launch in Korea earlier this year, with deployments planned in Cambodia, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and Brazil, followed by expansion into the United States, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE, and more than 10 additional countries next year.
The company’s innovation and credibility have been validated with international recognition, including the CES Innovation Award 2024 and UNGM Level 1 registration, which qualifies DABIDA as a verified vendor in United Nations global procurement projects.
