Kapsch TrafficCom Announces Change in Its Leadership Structure for the Latin America Region

VIENNA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–With Samuel Kapsch’s assignment to the Executive Board as COO (Chief Operating Officer), which requires his return to Austria, as of April 1st Ramiro Virreira takes on the position of Executive Vice President of Kapsch TrafficCom in Latin America.


Ramiro Virreira has a solid track record of more than 20 years in leadership positions in companies such as ABB, GE and Johnson Controls. For the last four years, he has been Vice President for the Southern Region of Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile) at Kapsch TrafficCom, where he has successfully managed the operations in those three countries. His vision and experience will be key to drive Kapsch TrafficCom’s sustainable growth in the region.
