Kajabi Unveils Company’s Largest Ever Product Upgrade to Empower Next Generation of Creators & Entrepreneurs

New features provide creators with greater flexibility and monetization opportunities to build and scale their businesses

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kajabi, the leading all-in-one creator commerce platform, today unveiled its largest product upgrade in the company’s history, which includes 10 new major feature launches. Following last month’s announcement that creators on the platform have collectively earned over $10B in revenue, these enhancements provide integrated entrepreneurship tools to further scale their businesses and bolster their livelihoods.


How Kajabi is transforming its offerings to support creators:

  • Leading with Connection: Communities are now included in every Kajabi plan at no extra cost, making this powerful audience generation and growth tool more accessible for all. Creators who utilize Communitities—Kajabi’s product that cultivates group conversations and activity—earn 40% more than those who don’t.
  • Enabling Seamless Sales: Kajabi Checkout is a brand new conversion-optimized checkout tool to customize purchase flows. Early adopters have seen an average conversion rate increase of 68% just by switching to the new Checkout. Creators can also increase their earnings with the upgraded Affiliate experience, which allows them to grow their own network of brand promoters. New affiliate enhancements make it simple to run a seamless, branded program with built-in tracking, payouts, and reporting, which helps increase revenue with flexible commission structures while cutting out manual work.
  • Scaling with Smarter Automation: The new Automations builder reduces costs of add on tools and manual work, plus makes automated workflows easier to build with visual automations. New automation options include:

    • Comment-to-DM Social automation, which lets creators automatically send a direct message (DM) to users who comment on their Instagram and Facebook. This makes it easier for creators to interact with their audience, convert social conversation into customers, and bring all touchpoints together into Kajabi’s new Universal Inbox, where all messages lie in one central place.

Coming soon, AI Dubbing, a tool that transforms their spoken language into fluent translations across almost any language.
    • Kajabi API access now empowers creators to sync their business data from Kajabi with their favorite tools so they can integrate, automate, and scale even the most complex businesses.
  • Enhanced Mobile Experience: Kajabi is merging its mobile experience into one Unified Member Mobile App that supports courses, coaching, podcasts, and communities in one place. This means higher levels of engagement with products, unlocking new revenue opportunities. Creators also have the option to create their own custom app with Branded Mobile App, which is now included for customers on Kajabi’s Pro tier plan.
  • Unified Solution for Coaches: Kajabi has introduced an integrated experience for its Coaching product, leveraging Kajabi’s webpage customization tool, Builder, for fully branded coaching experiences. Builder has a fully redesigned interface with more intuitive navigation, allowing creators to create exceptional brand and sales experiences efficiently. The new Coaching product utilizes Checkout to offer the purchase of any number of sessions in one click with built-in invoicing and subscription renewals; and Automations to take care of session scheduling management.
