Dopp brings more than two decades of leadership at the intersection of media, technology, and institutional reinvention. She is the founder of Exponent EBI and has held executive roles at HBO, CBS, Google, YouTube, and The CW. She will lead the organization in advancing its digital platform, responsibly harnessing data and AI, and strengthening BBB’s role as the definitive source of trust.
