Global Real Assets Trust Announces Board Appointments and Q4 Series B Distributions

TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Starlight Investments Capital GP Inc. (“Starlight Capital”), on behalf of Global Real Assets Trust (the “Trust”), is pleased to announce an increase in the size of the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) to seven and the appointment of four new independent Trustees to the Board effective October 22, 2025: Jasmin Jabri, Gajan Kulasingam, Mandy Abramsohn, and Sandra Levy. Dennis Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Starlight Capital, and Graeme Llewellyn, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Starlight Capital, have also been appointed to the Board effective October 22, 2025. Glen Hirsh, Leonard Drimmer and Harry Rosenbaum have resigned from the Board effective October 22, 2025. Denim Smith remains on the Board as Lead Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee.

Jasmin Jabri

Jasmin Jabri brings over 30 years of financial services expertise, with senior compliance roles including SVP and Head of Compliance for Invesco Canada Ltd.’s $30 billion Canadian division, CI Investments Inc., Sentry Investments Inc., TD Mutual Funds, TD Waterhouse Canada, and was Executive Director at the Investment Industry Association of Canada, among others. She is also currently faculty at the University of Ottawa Law School.

Gajan Kulasingam, CFA, CPA, CA

Managing Partner, BOF Capital Inc.

Gajan Kulasingam brings over 20 years of investment management expertise, executing complex transactions across the full capital structure in both public and private markets globally. He has participated in over $500 million in principal transactions and managed more than $2 billion in assets, with strength in deal sourcing, structuring investments, operational value creation, and realizing successful exits.

Mandy Abramsohn, CPA, CA, CFA, CBV

President, Wand Advisory & Investments Inc.

Board Member, Boardwalk REIT, Seasons Retirement Communities, West Side Square Development Fund. Prior boards appointments include Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT and Starlight Western Canada Multi-Family Fund (No. 2).

Mandy Abramsohn has held several senior real estate capital markets and investment roles at Canada’s most prominent financial institutions, including leading real estate capital markets at EY Canada, acting as Senior Vice President for Real Estate at DBRS, leading Canadian real estate equity research at Raymond James Ltd. as a top ranked analyst, and as an investment manager of a top performing $2 billion Canadian equity dividend fund at Great West Life.

Sandra Levy, LL.B, B.A. (Hons)

Board Member, GFL Environmental Inc., Sir Royalty Income Fund

Sandra Levy is a seasoned Board member with over 25 years of executive leadership experience in human resources and legal roles at major global and national organizations including the Canadian Olympic Committee, RioCan Management Inc., First Capital REIT, Ply Gem Canada Inc., Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), and Magna International Inc.

The Trust declared distributions on the Trust’s series B units and series B US$ units in Canadian and US dollars, respectively. Unitholders of record will receive “per-unit” distributions as follows:
