Today, Glencoe Software is announcing the next step in its journey, and a key strategic step in its growth strategy. Jason Swedlow, who has led Glencoe since its founding, is transitioning from his role as CEO and President to Chairman of the Board. Succeeding him as Co-Presidents are Emil Rozbicki and Erin Diel. Together with Chris Allan, Senior Vice President of Engineering, they will form the Executive Team of Glencoe Software. The leadership transition is effective as of August 22nd, 2025.
