Frontier Technology Inc. (FTI) Announces New Appointment to its Board of Directors

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#FTIdefense–Frontier Technology Inc. (FTI) today announced the appointment of a new member to its Board of Directors as the company continues to innovate and expand its footprint across the DoD, leveraging its proprietary end-to-end digital data platform that integrates analytics, modeling and simulation and defensive cyber with AI/ML capabilities embedded throughout that deliver efficient, effective, and affordable solutions at scale for our customer.


FTI is pleased to welcome senior defense industry executive David J. Dacquino, who joins the Board effective immediately.

About New Board Member David J. Dacquino

David J. Dacquino is an experienced Chief Executive Officer and board member with more than 30 years of successful leadership experience with large publicly traded companies and privately held companies in the defense, aerospace, and technical services sectors.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for RA Federal, serves on the Boards of American Systems, Squire Solutions, Aerocine-Vermeer, and is an advisor to AeroX, a private equity fund.

Previously, Mr. Dacquino served as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Serco, a publicly traded provider of technology, and management services to US and Canadian government customers. Prior to Serco, Dacquino was CEO and President of SkyLink, an international aviation airlift and logistics services provider. Before SkyLink, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of VT Group, a technology integrator focused on C4ISR, transportation, logistics and unmanned aircraft operations. He also worked as Vice President of Raytheon’s Integrated Support Solutions Division. In addition, he had a successful 20-year career at Lockheed Martin, where he worked on aeronautics programs in the Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, and ultimately held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Logistic Services.
