SACRAMENTO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#banking–First U.S. Community Credit Union has named Victor Mendoza, CCUE as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) to serve on the Executive Leadership Team and lead information systems and security, programming, and information technology operations.
Mendoza brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in IT within the credit union industry. Most recently serving as Vice President, Information Technology at UNCLE Credit Union, he has built a strong track record of driving secure, high-performing IT environments, leading transformational projects, and aligning technology strategy with member-centric business goals.
In his new role at First U.S., Mendoza will oversee the credit union’s technology infrastructure, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and software development initiatives. He will work closely with the executive team and business units to ensure technology fully supports the credit union’s mission of delivering exceptional experiences that enhance members’ financial well-being.
