LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Early-stage venture firm Fabric VC announced today the appointment of Frank Mastronuzzi as Co-General Partner (Co-GP). Mastronuzzi joins the leadership team for the firmās final Fund I push and the launch of Fund II, anticipated to open in Q2 next year.
Frank brings to Fabric VC more than two decades of financial, operational and strategic expertise, bridging the worlds of venture capital, startups, and corporate innovation. With a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of Texas and credentials as a Licensed CPA, Frankās background promises to enhance the firmās investment diligence, operational strategy and deal flow.

Mastronuzzi began his career at Deloitte, where he honed his financial acumen before taking on leadership roles at Motorola and Match.com. He later served as CFO for several high-growth companies, including Cabinet Health, Vapi, Sanas and Curbstand, driving strategic growth and financial scalability. As CFO of Punch Financial, Frank guided numerous growth-stage companies through complex financial strategies, operational transitions and capital raisesāexperience that Co-GP and fund founder Laurel Mintz says will be invaluable to Fabricās expanding portfolio.
Beyond his executive experience, Mastronuzzi is deeply committed to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. He serves as a board member and advisor to organizations such as LAVA and 500 Startups, mentoring founders and shaping the next generation of impactful businesses.
