Eventgroove Partners with The American Legion to Power the USA 250 Challenge and Future National Events

BOZEMAN, Mont., Sept. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Eventgroove, a leading all-in-one event, fundraising, and ecommerce platform, today announced its collaboration with The American Legion and its USA 250 Challenge.

Celebrating 250 years of America’s independence, the nationwide initiative invites participants to complete physical fitness, wellness, and community service goals. Funds raised by challengers directly support the Veterans & Children Foundation.

Individuals and teams can join to complete activities, including walking or cycling 250 miles, 250 hours of mindfulness practices, or 250 acts of community service. The USA 250 Challenge runs through July 4, 2026. Registration is $30 and includes a USA 250 Challenge t-shirt.

Eventgroove’s all-in-one platform provides The American Legion with comprehensive registration and fundraising capabilities, including personalized participant pages, progress tracking, and social media integration.

This collaboration marks the beginning of a broader engagement. The American Legion has selected Eventgroove to manage attendee registration and fundraising efforts for its August 2026 National Convention.

“This is a unique moment to celebrate the freedoms we hold dear while engaging in activities that strengthen our bodies, minds, and communities,” said James Baca, Executive Director of The American Legion. “The Eventgroove platform makes it simple for participants to register, track progress, and support our mission. We’re excited to work with Eventgroove, not only for the USA 250 Challenge, but also for our 2026 National Convention and other major events.”

Lance Trebesch, CEO of Eventgroove, commented: “We are honored to partner with The American Legion on such a meaningful and unifying campaign. The USA 250 Challenge embodies service, health, and community spirit—values that align perfectly with our mission to help organizations raise more and do more good. We look forward to powering not only this challenge, but also the Legion’s major events well into the future.”
