Appointing Nick Kepler, Chief Operating Officer at Silicon Catalyst, as a Board Observer marks a pivotal step in advancing our silicon programs. Nick’s extensive semiconductor experience, including senior roles at AMD and Global Foundries, equips Edgewater with strategic insights to accelerate commercialization and capture significant market opportunities.

Successful Financing, Investor Confidence and Government Programs
Edgewater Wireless successfully completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising nearly $2M.
