- CHEP among 17 companies to achieve Global Top Employer status in 2026
- Highest scoring areas include performance, leadership, work environment, sustainability, ethics and integrity
ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CHEP has been certified as a Global Top Employer in 2026, marking the fourth consecutive year it has held the accreditation. With Top Employer status also retained in four regions (Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America) and across 26 countries, including the U.S. and Canada, this CHEP certification covers 97% of its workforce.
“Being named a Top Employer reflects the everyday contributions of our people,” said Amber Cantu, Vice President of Human Resources, CHEP Americas. “We remain committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels respected, empowered and supported in growing together.”
CHEP was among only 17 companies worldwide to receive the global certification from Top Employers Institute, which recognizes organizations for outstanding HR policies and practices on a global level.
The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey, which covers six domains across 20 topics such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
CHEP scored highly in areas including performance, leadership, work environment, sustainability, ethics and integrity, highlighting that these practices were consistently implemented. There was also marked advancement across all the main metrics of leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, rewards and recognition and onboarding.
“CHEP has demonstrated a rare ability to align its people strategy globally while ensuring meaningful, locally relevant experiences for employees in every certified market – a hallmark of organizations that deliver strong business performance, talent mobility and workforce resilience,” said Top Employers Institute CEO Adrian Seligman.
“This achievement places CHEP among a select group of employers setting the benchmark for people strategy internationally. We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with them as they inspire excellence across the global HR community.”
