Joining the team are Candace Burk, appointed Vice President of Business Development; Brian Stewart, named Vice President of Operations; and Janos Arcia, taking on the role of General Manager in Houston.

Since launching its Texas operations in Houston in 2024, CCS Facility Services has built a team of over 400 industry professionals who bring best-in-class service to customers across the greater Houston region. The company currently services millions of square feet across multiple industries, including healthcare, government, commercial real estate, industrial manufacturing, and education. Together, Burk, Stewart, and Arcia will lead CCS Facility Services’ Texas expansion strategy, enhance client partnerships, and build on the company’s strong momentum across the state.
Candace Burk brings two decades of experience in the building services industry and extensive operational leadership, having opened new markets and established offices across the south-central United States in her previous roles. Burk’s relationship-building prowess sets her apart in both business development and team building. In her new role, she will leverage her acumen to drive the expansion of CCS Facility Services’ Texas presence, beginning with Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.

Brian Stewart boasts nearly 20 years of facilities management experience, launching his career at Xerox in Las Vegas before moving to Texas and becoming a Director of Operations with a global provider, where he oversaw the company’s Downtown Houston commercial real estate (CRE) market. Prior to joining CCS Facility Services, Brian served as the VP of Off Duty Operations for Protos Security, managing a $260 million portfolio across North America. Stewart will use his deep CRE experience and drive to achieve the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction to bolster the company’s CRE footprint and elevate the company’s brand in Texas.

In his new role, Arcia will employ his expert managerial skills to continue building the elite team committed to delivering best-in-class services while raising CCS Facility Services’ profile in the Houston market.
