Austin Merritt joins Arcoro to lead product development.
PHOENIX, Sept. 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Arcoro, a provider of human resources management (HR) software for construction and field-based industries, today announced that it has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Austin Merritt as the company’s chief product officer (CPO). Merritt will lead Arcoro’s product vision and drive the development of new solutions and enhancements that will help our customers achieve their business goals.
Merritt has more than 20 years of experience building products at high growth, B2B SaaS companies. Most recently, he was director of product management for Aha!, a SaaS platform for product development, where he was responsible for launching multiple new products and enhancing the core platform used by over 1 million product managers. Merritt has also held product leadership positions at Focus Ortho, Daxko and Influence Health. He has a BS in management information systems from Auburn University, as well as being a Pragmatic Marketing Certified Product Manager.
