AbCellera Announces Resignation of Board Member

VANCOUVER, British Columbia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$ABCLAbCellera (Nasdaq: ABCL) today announced that Peter Thiel has notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Companyโ€™s Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective March 7, 2024.

Mr. Thiel joined AbCelleraโ€™s Board of Directors in November 2020 and served as the Chairman of the Companyโ€™s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Effective March 7, 2024, Dr. Andrew Lo, a member of the Companyโ€™s Board of Directors, will be appointed to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
