Ms. Quinones-Hollins has been a practicing criminal defense attorney in the Houston area for more than two decades. She serves as of counsel for Rusty Hardin & Associates, collaborating on prominent cases such as representing chemical producer Arkema and Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Quinones-Hollins also served as an adjunct professor at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law for seven years.
